We offer an initial twelve-month lease, followed by a month-to-month option.

Income Qualifications

Senior units are 30% and 40% area median income with 100% project based section 8 contract. Residents will pay 30% of their income. The Family units have 30 project based section 8 units which are 30% area median income. The remaining 110 units are restricted to 70% area median income.
